"Email or password Error" when logging into my Simera Profile - What can I do?

If you are receiving an "email or password error" message when trying to log in to your Simera Profile, first double-check that you are using the correct email and password associated with your account. To reset your password follow these steps:

1) Go to https://app.simera.me/login

 

2) Click on "Forgot password?".

 

3) Enter your email address and click on "Reset password".

 

4) Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email.

 

5Enter your new password and click on "Reset password". Make sure it is longer than 6 characters.

6) Once you get the password reset confirmation, click on "Log in"

 

7) Enter your email and new password and click on "Log in".
